Product Description
Application Area: Removing scratches, refurbishing weathered paint, removing sanding spots, suitable for all common types of paint
Our Max Cut Grinding Polish, developed based on new formulation possibilities, offers outstanding performance. Unlike conventional grinding polishes, which often lead to heavy dust development and visible grinding marks on the paint, our Max Cut offers a dust-free polishing experience and minimizes paint defects.
The specially developed formula allows an exceptionally long extension of the polish without dusting. This feature not only ensures more efficient application but also already produces a relatively strong gloss in the first polishing pass. The subsequent finishing process thus becomes child's play. The Max Cut thus exactly meets what one expects from a high-quality "Detailing" grinding polish.
The Max Cut Polish was developed in close cooperation between our laboratory and practical application to ensure it meets the highest standards in the auto care industry.
Always pay attention to all instructions during processing
Application of Max Cut Grinding Polish
Suitable for use in combination with rotary & orbital machines.
The following are the steps for application:*
Step 1:
Preparation:
Wash the vehicle thoroughly to remove all dirt. Clay the paint to remove adhered contaminants, thus extending the life of the polishing pads and preventing scratches from loosened dirt in the paint. Choose a clean and dust-free work area in the shade.
Step 2:
Process the Polish:
Preferably mount a Max Cut or Ultra Cut polishing pad on your polishing machine and apply a small amount of polish to the pad. Always work on small & manageable sections. (e.g., half a door or about a quarter of the hood). Wipe off the polished polish residues with a soft microfiber cloth.
Step 3:
Inspection & Next Steps:
Once you have processed all areas, check the entire vehicle again for possible streaks or areas with polish residues. Then you can continue to polish the paint, depending on the need, with the Medium or Finish polish to achieve maximum gloss and remove any holograms.
*This guide is only a rough guideline, note that the application possibilities are very versatile and the exact procedure may vary depending on the application. If you are unsure about something, feel free to ask us for advice. Do not use in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces!

Questions & Answers
If you want to achieve as little removal as possible with relatively strong gloss using the polish, you can also use it with our Medium polishing pad.
How do I remove polish residues from the polishing pad?
We recommend blowing out the pads with compressed air during polishing (if available). This effectively removes most excess polish residues. After polishing, you can clean your polishing pads with lukewarm water and a drop of pH-neutral soap to remove the polish.
Can I use the polish with other polishing pads than recommended?
Yes- depending on the hardness of the paint, type of paint, used polishing machine, etc., it may be useful to try other pad+polish combinations.
